Understanding the development process is tricky. It is a multifaceted business, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved land or parcels to others. There’s a great amount of risk involved in the development and it’s important to partner with someone who knows the ropes. We work with many different counterparts on your behalf, using our established relationships with architects, city planners, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, leasing agents, etc. to see your development project through from start to finish. We will analyze occupancy cost, feasibility, function/time and space, site options constructability, scheduling, design, procurement of permits, construction, and fees related to each development project.
