Steve Gasperi
CAREER SUMMARY
Steve has over 33 years of commercial real estate experience. His emphases are retail and investment with a focus on development, landlord and tenant representation. He has partnered with numerous clients in the Midwest and manages multi-market accounts throughout the nation.

Steve started his career at Rubenstein Real Estate, where he spent seven years. He then served as the Vice President of Retail Services at Grubb&Ellis/The Winbury Group for eight years prior to forming the Gasperi Group.
​
Extensive experience in multi-market development and acquisition have led to opportunities to work with large, national companies. Still, he enjoys working with local business owners and is known for providing full service with a personal touch. His accomplishments include the leasing of over 4,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Midwest with a value of over $650 million.

Steve is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds real estate licenses in Missouri and Kansas.

Steve lives in Overland Park with his wife Kelley and is very proud of his children Molly, Joey and Nick.
Jenna Garretson
CAREER SUMMARY
Jenna began her 50-year career in commercial real estate by joining Kroh Brothers Development Company in 1974. Since Kroh Brothers, Jenna has experienced several mergers and acquisitions throughout her career with Cohen-Esrey, Capital Realty and Jones Lang LaSalle. Jenna has experience in every phase of commercial real estate including marketing, property management, research and brokerage support.
Although Jenna officially “retired” in mid-2014, Jenna joined the Gasperi Group in August 2014, bringing with her an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate. Jenna oversees the inner-working of the operations budget, coordinates marketing materials, organizes and tracks leads, conducts research, and develops marketing flyers and email blast campaigns.
Jenna is a licensed agent in Kansas and Missouri.
